What is a virtual appointment?
This is a video assessment usually lasting 25-30 minutes on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. This is ideal if you have any medical conditions that would place you more at risk of COVID-19 (see the link to high or moderate risk), if you are shielding, in quarantine or are not able to come to the clinic. After the assessment you will be sent a personal exercise program with written & verbal instructions and videos
FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS
A physical assessment to determine your diagnosis and appropriate treatment that might typically include soft tissue release techniques, joint mobilization, advice and an exercise program to address your symptoms. The appointment is usually approximately 30 minutes but may be slightly longer if needed.
HOW DO I PAY?
Unless by prior arrangement we do not take any payments in the clinic.
All payments are normally by BACS in advance of the appointment, or if you prefer we can send you a credit card link.

any reasons for not having a face to face appointment?
A face to face appointment can go ahead as long as the clinician and the client mutually agree and the client is not classed as being at risk. If you are concerned please click on the clinic changes and the moderate/high risk link.
can i use my medical insurance?
All major companies are now authorizing face to face appointments.
